Including ELLs in your Elementary Drama Productions

In this 60-minute session we will help identify ways that teachers can include their ELLs into class- and school-based elementary drama productions. We will review the methods to develop language skills, select appropriate roles, and dispel the myth that ELLs can only participate in limited roles. Mary Combs (an elementary teacher) and David Fuller (Lead ESL teacher) pursue inclusive practices for all learners in their classrooms.
